Annual donations of $1,000 or more including estate and life-income gifts entitle you to membership in the Spaulding Society. The Spaulding Society is named after Josiah A. Spaulding, the hospital's Founder, who in 1970 had the foresight to realize the increasing need for a hospital solely devoted to rehabilitation. Josiah Spaulding served as President and Chairman for thirteen years. The Spaulding Society recognizes its loyal friends, who share Josiah A. Spaulding's deep commitment to the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and its mission.
