Course Objectives
Participants will:
• Review anatomy, biomechanics, and pathophysiology of shoulder injuries in overhead throwing athletes
• Discuss diagnosis and management of labral tears and instability in overhead throwers
• Describe management of partial thickness rotator cuff tears in baseball pitchers
• Learn the importance of core stability & strength in the throwing athlete
• Interact in Theraband, Kettle Bells & Pilates lab stations
