Exercise for Persons with Disabilities Program
Housed at Spaulding Cambridge, our Exercise for Persons provides exercise activities for health, leisure and sport for people with disabilities such as spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and peripheral neuropathy. FES stimulation allows paralyzed muscles to contribute to whole body exercise. Here, both the paralyzed legs and innervated arms are under voluntary control and higher exercise intensities can be reached.

Most patients have a semi-private room equipped with a television and a telephone, each with its own fully accessible bathroom, including shower.

Spaulding National Running Center
The Spaulding National Running Center is one of the premier sites in the country for the evaluation, treatment and prevention of running-related, musculoskeletal injuries. The Center is comprised of the Clinic, where you are evaluated and treated, and the SNRC Lab, where running biomechanical studies are conducted. The synergy between these two entities ensures you are being treated with the most recent, evidence-based approaches.

The Spaulding National Running Center provide an in-depth evaluation of runners that includes a thorough history, a musculoskeletal assessment of structure and alignment and a video analysis of running mechanics.
