The skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) of Partners Continuing Care have all achieved quality recognition from numerous organizations within the past few years:

- All PCC SNFs have achieved deficiency-free surveys from the Department of Public Health in 2008, and The Boston Center was just awarded its 3rd zero-deficiency survey within 5 years for 2009.

-The SNFs have each achieved quality recognition from The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).The Shaughnessy-Kaplan TCU and The North End Rehabilitation and Nursing Center have both achieved Step 1 Quality Awards, with The Boston Center and The Clark House having achieved the notable distinction of a Step 2 award.

- The new CMS/ Medicare Nursing Home Compare quality rating system ranks PCC SNFs highly: The Boston Center achieved 5 out of 5 stars (much above average); the Clark House and the Shaughnessy TCU each achieved 4 out of 5 stars (above average).
