In Brief
Dr. Jain practices non-operative shoulder and sports medicine. He also performs musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic and interventional purposes.

Dr. Jain's research interests are focused on shoulder disorders, and he is currently PI on a NIH funded K-23 grant on rotator cuff tears. This grant aims to study operative and non-operative treatments for rotator cuff tears and the role of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis or cuff tears.

Dr. Jain holds an Investigational Device Exemption from the FDA for the study of Platelet Rich Plasma in rotator cuff tendinopathy/tear.

Dr. Jain's research interests also include epidemiology and outcomes of spinal cord injury and he has published on shoulder pain in persons with spinal cord injury.
