Lindsey Hack, PT, DPT, MBA

Vice President of Rehabilitation Services

 

Lindsey Hack, PT, DPT, MBA is Mass General Brigham's Vice President of Rehabilitation Services. In this enterprise leadership role, she oversees operations and strategic planning for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology services with Spaulding Rehabilitation Network and MGB's academic medical centers and community hospitals.

Lindsey brings extensive experience in leadership roles and rehabilitation services, with two decades working in academic medicine and healthcare systems. Prior to becoming Spaulding's executive director for Outpatient Services in 2024, Lindsey served as executive director for Rehabilitation Services at Advocate Health Care, Continuing Health in Chicago, IL. She also spent nearly ten years at Duke University Medical Center in clinical and administrative roles. She received both her master and doctoral degrees in Physical Therapy as well as her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Lindsey is an evidence-based healthcare leader and clinician with a diverse background emphasizing increasing access to patient-centered care with exceptional outcomes by leveraging the strength of thoughtfully curated collaborative relationships and operational excellence. She is results-oriented and thrives on new challenges, frequently using superior analytical skills to implement initiatives that make the impossible, possible for the patients we are privileged to serve.
